Our Location

The studio is in the vibrant Goose Hollow neighborhood of downtown Portland, Oregon. The area is eclectic and diverse mixture of businesses, restaurants, industrial facilities, and homes.  

Street parking is free and usually ample on the streets surrounding the building.  

The studio can also be accessed easily via MAX train Blue or Red lines (there is a stop 2 blocks away at SW 18th and Jefferson) and several major TriMet bus lines.

Accessibility

We are committed to making our space as accessible as possible for all of our students. Below is detailed information about our building and the accommodations we offer for individuals with mobility concerns, neurodivergence, and other access needs.
Mobility Access: Our building has six steps at the front entrance and three steps at the back entrance, with no ramp or elevator available. If you have a mobility concern (e.g., using a walker, wheelchair, cane, or other assistive devices), please know the following details:

• Front Entrance: Six steps lead up to the main door.
• ​Back Entrance: Three steps provide access from the back.

If you are able to handle steps but need assistance, we are happy to help you navigate them. Please reach out in advance, and we’ll make arrangements to assist you as needed.
Restroom Access: Our restroom is small and may not accommodate the full turning radius required for wheelchairs or walkers. If this may present an issue, please contact us in advance, and we’ll explore options to ensure your comfort during your visit.
Neurodivergence: We recognize that every learner’s needs are unique, and we strive to create a supportive environment for all students, including those who are neurodivergent. Many of our staff have experience working with students with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and other neurodivergent identities. If you have specific learning needs or accommodations you would like our instructors to be aware of, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are committed to providing the support you need to thrive.
Scent Sensitivity: Resound is a scent-free space. Please refrain from wearing strong smelling perfumes and body products.
