Payment for lessons and classes is due in full no later than the time the lesson or class is scheduled.
Payment may be made with the following methods:
Premiere Program
The Premiere Program is the most powerful and effective way to engage in music lessons at Resound NW. It includes regular private lessons and group classes with the studio instructors on a monthly plan.
Scheduling
Student Login
- When you schedule a private lesson or RSVP for a group class, Resound NW is holding that appointment time and will not give that time away to another student. Please know that this means you are financially responsible for the lesson or class.
- If you are unable to attend a lesson or class, please give as much notice as possible to Resound NW. Availability is limited and many students wish to schedule lessons. Please do not wait until the last minute to notify your instructor.
- If you cancel a lesson or class attendance with less than 24 hours notice (a ‘last minute’ cancellation), payment will be due for the lesson. This is true for any reason, including illness. If you feel that you may be getting sick, please plan ahead and give at least 24 hours notice.
- At the instructor’s discretion, ‘last minute’ cancellations may be rescheduled if there is room in the schedule. If rescheduling is not possible, payment will be due.
- If a lesson or class is canceled ‘last minute’, payment may be made through Paypal on the Resound NW website, or via credit card over the phone with your instructor.
- Most importantly, please stay in good communication with your instructor!
Payment
Payment for lessons and classes is due in full no later than the time the lesson or class is scheduled.
Payment may be made with the following methods:

- Personal Check
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover accepted
- Online Invoice
Premiere Program
The Premiere Program is the most powerful and effective way to engage in music lessons at Resound NW. It includes regular private lessons and group classes with the studio instructors on a monthly plan.
- You choose one of 6 monthly commitment levels that works best for you (see above).
- Choose between lessons with staff instructors or Daniel Buchanan.
- Payment is made via monthly auto-debit.
- The agreement is month-to-month and 30 days notice is required to cancel.
- Lessons and classes must be held within each calendar month. Unused lessons and classes do not “rollover” to the next month.
- Lesson packages are purchased all at once for a discount on the full price of lessons. The lessons may be redeemed on your own schedule, in communication with your private instructor.
- Lessons must be redeemed within one year. Lesson credits will expire one year after purchase.
- Lesson packages are only available for one hour lessons.
- Lesson packages are only available with our Staff Instructors. They are not available for lessons with Daniel Buchanan.
Scheduling
- The only way to ensure your lesson time is by committing to weekly lessons. If you commit to weekly lessons, your place will be held for your appointment time.
- Without a weekly commitment, classes and lesson appointments are available to all students on a “first come, first served” basis.
- To confirm your scheduled lesson time, you can view the full Resound NW calendar online via the “Student Login” section.
